After receiving submissions from potential Suppliers to an Invitation To Tender (or other tender documents), the
relevant proposals should then be evaluated against appropriate pre-defined selection criteria. These submissions can
include proof of concepts, demonstrations, minimal viable products, etc.

The supplier selection process can be completed for a number of different scenarios:

On behalf of the Client, the Engagement Manager and the Client Management will review each supplier evaluation and
discuss the merits of their proposal before making the final selection of the preferred Supplier(s).

On behalf of Capgemini, the Engagement Manager and Delivery Manager will review each supplier evaluation and
discuss the merits of their proposal before making the final selection of the preferred Supplier(s). It might be
the case that the chosen Supplier is recommended to the Procurement Team for inclusion in the Approved Suppliers
List.
